I love Kia products thats why I chose to stay with them when I decided to upgrade my vehicle. The process itself went quite smoothly, however, I was at the delays delarship for 7 hours getting the deal com when I decided to upgrade my vehicle. Still have not been able to sign in with my new Uvo account because "ownership" was not changed over until 3 days later, and even than its still not working properly. Overall I do like my new Kia Sportage. More

Sara was caring easy to work with in a tough environment. Finance department was understaffed and overworked but after many hours and revisions an outcome was finally achieved.
