Tom at Hanna Ford in Stayner was very professional, courtesy and was able to answer my questions and concerns about my new F150. With respect the trade in value of my 2017 Ford Focus that was provided I believe that Ford Canada should step up to the plate. The issues identified in the class action law suit for the Ford Focus for the years 2012 to 2016 were still evident in my 2017. I could have bailed on Ford, but didn’t because of Tom and the way he went out of his way to make me feel better about my purchase of a 2019 Ford F-150. More
