I have to say that Rene at Hanna Ford was neither of these. He helped me choose the right truck and was extreamly knowledgeable, answering many questions I had with this being my first truck purchase. He made a point of listening to excactly what I was looking for in the vehicle and came up with options without being pushy or trying to steer me towards something I didn’t require. Once I had decided on the right vehicle, he made the rest of the purchase process super easy explaining all options and then keeping me up to speed until the day I collected the truck. Since picking up my truck I have been back into Hanna Ford a couple of times and the staff are always quick to help and answer any new questions I have. A pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

In our frustration we took a drive to Collingwood and met Jesse at Hanna Ford. What a refreshing surprise! Jesse was very trusting and accommodating and it was not long after we started talking about a purchase. To our surprise she was able to secure the vehicle we wanted, something that the other dealer said was no longer available (It was available as it was the exact same VIN from Ford Inventory). In addition, she far surpassed the trade-in value of what was being offered by the other dealer, without the need to haggle. In short, it was worth the drive to Collingwood to make this purchase.
