I needed to pick up my winter tires from storage and called them to set it up. They booked me for a service appointment for the following Monday which would trigger the tires being pulled from storage. called them to set it up. When I got there they had not even pulled them Out. I was told repeatedly it would take 5-10 minutes. I mentioned multiple times I was late to pick up my kids from school. After 30 min (I arrived at 4:09 and left at 4:40 I finally had my tires but they had put two in the trunk and two in the back seat on the car seats despite me saying I had to pick up my kids. I had to move the tires myself in the parking lot from the back seat to the trunk off of the car seats. Why book an appointment if they weren’t going to bother pulling them from storage? It should not take 30 to pick up winter tires. Very poor experience. More
Our entire experience with Rafiq was excellent from start to finish. He was honest and kept to his word. Methodical, not high pressure. As to the car, full of gas and very clean.
