Upgrading Experience at Gyro Mazda We were asked to come in to discuss a possible trade in as Gyro was in the market for CX3's with low milage (which we had). We were not currently in t We were asked to come in to discuss a possible trade in as Gyro was in the market for CX3's with low milage (which we had). We were not currently in the market for a new car but we thought we would go and see what they had to offer. Our initial meeting was with Saiss (retention manager). Given our exceptional experience when we bought the CX3 2 years ago with Danielle and Justin, we were disappointed. He insinuated that the only reason they wanted our car was because it was a "cheap" model which we were pretty offended by as these are not "cheap" cars by any standard of ours. He also didn't seem interested at all and could have cared less if we took the deal or not. His communication with us after we left was delayed due to some kind of 'email communication failure'. However after we were able to work with him to secure a new deal that we were happy with and we chose to upgrade to a new 2019 CX5. Our experience was significantly turned around when we met with Ziad (sales manager) who provided the exceptional service we were accustomed to. He tailored his discussion specifically to us, was friendly and funny; it was a pleasure working with him. He secured a pick up date that was much sooner than we expected which was exciting as well. On pick up day we met with another exceptional staff member Melissa (retention coordinator). She helped to get us acquainted with all the new features of the CX5, again tailoring the discussion around our needs. She was extremely helpful for example, she noticed that the gas tank was empty and helped get some of the dirt cleaned off the doors. She was also very warm and friendly and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of, again an absolute pleasure. After leaving the dealer we were mildly disappointed that the car was not fully detailed, quite a bit of dust on the dash and a few little scratches on the key fobs and the exterior was also not freshly washed. These were all things that were well taken care of when we purchased our first car with them. While these are very minor issues, it felt as though the attention to detail was not quite at the same standard as previous. It is for these reasons that our review is only 4 stars. Overall we would still recommend this dealer and will still consider them for future vehicle needs. More

The salesman I dealt with, Ryan Llagas, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. He made the entire sales experience quite relaxing, and was very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle's numerous features and systems. The business manager, Viji, was also most professional and courteous. Based upon my recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gyro Mazda. More
