Nick - Product Adviser Anna Maria - Financial Services Manager Yano - Delivery Coordinator All of them were efficient, patient, helpful and took care of everything along the way. I highly recommend Gyro dealership to everyone who is looking for a car and very friendly and professional environment!!! More

I approached Gyro / Danielle in July 22, told 3 months for the car which was fine but if it took longer no problem. I was told the trade value for mine would be held until the new one arrives. December rolls around and I'm told the order can't be produced due to the color so I asked about the GT. Heard nothing for over a month so I followed up and got something nearly end of January.. Pricing that was provided didn't make sense so I asked for the pricing breakdown which I didn't get. Asked if the deal was still proceeding as I was left in the dark so I got frustrated and asked for my deposit back. I was told it would be returned by the GM.. called him up and he had no idea about it? Had to speak to the GM due to the sales manager (both) avoiding my calls. Kevin called and asked why I was cancelling and I said I had no idea what I was buying and wanted to take my business elsewhere. He removed the financing fee of $500 which again was outrageous but forced me to pay for the $500 secure drive fee. Dipped me on my trade for $500 and told me "used car value is dipping and it's just the reality and the best he could do" yet he posted my trade for $29k. Interesting.. I essentially walked with nothing for my issues and he dipped me on my trade. This place is crooked. Anna Maria was great and Yano was great though. Only good things about this dealership. More
A total nightmare dealing with Gyro Mazda. I ordered a Mazda 3 GT in July and was promised it would take 3 months. I bought a used Mazda GX from them in July while waiting for the new vehicle. I ordered a Mazda 3 GT in July and was promised it would take 3 months. I bought a used Mazda GX from them in July while waiting for the new vehicle. However, there was no VIN number or any update until November, they never update me with the delay until I asked, and told me that it would probably take until March for the vehicle to arrive. I then decided to purchase a CX5, for which they charged me CAD1700 for a ceramic coating as it was a cancelled order. A few days before arrival I was told there was damage during the transportation. They refused to compensate me anything, I was told that I would have to wait for another two weeks. I then had enough and trade-in my Mazda 3 with another dealership, got the car in less than a week plus with a higher trade-in offer compared to Gyro, where I bought the used car. Also, the deposit took 2 weeks while a refund of any kind normally takes less than a week, everything just takes extra long at Gyro I guess. Be aware of the extra cost that they tried to include in the quote and they would not include the discounts you are qualified for until you ask. More
One of the worse repair service experience i’ve ever experienced from a dealer. If I can give it zero stars I would. Their service advisors are inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about cars and experienced from a dealer. If I can give it zero stars I would. Their service advisors are inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about cars and took forever to get back to me, and they tried to get me to pay for repairs for issues that they failed to diagnose expertly. My car wouldn’t start on the weekend of October 14th and I had it towed to Gyro Mazda to have them check it out. Before they even start they want you to pay $200 for a computer diagnostic. Ok, so I pay $200 for a computer diagnostic, then they said I need a new alternator, drive belt, battery and water pump and gave me a quote of $3k. While my car was sitting in the dealers lot all of a sudden they said that the transmission wouldn’t go into gear and gave me an estimate of $6k for a “new” transmission per Janka and that they can't fix it until I pay them $3k to fix the alternator. Well, guess what? I had it towed to a specialist that I trust and they fixed the tranny issue at half the price AND they said that there was no issue with the alternator, drive belt or water pump. I asked the manager of the service advisors (Cherrity sic?) to send me a detailed printout of the diagnostics before I had my car towed to the specialist and that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I am glad I got a second opinion because these guys are just either incompetent or dishonest and hold you to ransom on repairs using the computer diagnostics as leverage. BTW Cherrity I am still waiting for you to send me the details of the diagnostic and Janka per your Parts Manager the tranny that you quoted me $6k on what not a new unit, it was a used unit from the scrapyard! Gyro Mazda may have spent millions upgrading their facilities, and their sales staff may have received favourable reviews, but their Service dept cannot be trusted. Never take your Mazda for repairs there, their Service Advisors and mechanics are amateurs and do not live up to the Mazda's supposedly "premium" reputation. Thanks to my quick thinking and 6th sense in not trusting the "professional" advice of this dealer I saved $6k! More

Even when I caught them in a lie, they still covered for each other. Instead of doing the right thing, they argue with me. Very frustrating. There are many other Mazda dealers. I will not go back to Gyro Mazda. More
Part 2, unprofessional dealings with the receptionist. When asked to be transferred to the Service department, she asked me WHO in the Service department I wanted to connect with. Customers call to be transferred to specific departments I.e. Parts Department, Service Department, Sales Department). A customer wouldn't personally know all Service, Sales and/or parts department employees. In my eyes, very childish behaviour from the receptionist. As mentioned, I will not return to Gyro Mazda. Even individuals that I recommended Gyro Mazda to are also sharing negative experiences with me. Prior, I would advocate for Gyro Mazda. Now they lost another group of customers. More
After driving my previous car for 16 years, it was beyond time for something new. Nick was very attentive, knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately, the delivery time of the new Mazda 3 GS I ordered got pushe time for something new. Nick was very attentive, knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately, the delivery time of the new Mazda 3 GS I ordered got pushed back and I needed something sooner than later. When I asked Nick about comparable used vehicles, he respected what was important to me and only called when a viable option became available. I ended up with a great, low km 2020 Mazda 3 GT and even in the colour I wanted. It may be a challenging time to purchase a vehicle but I felt GYRO MAZDA worked hard to get me a terrific car and I couldn't be more pleased. More

After weeks of thorough search at different dealerships and speaking with few sales people, I've got to talk with Nick. No pressure, attentive, efficient and friendly way of communication. He is professional and know how to deal with people. Nick was patient and understood what I need and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to win my deal. Great people make good dealerships better. Also had a great experience talking to Anna-Maria, Financial Services Manager. I highly recommend Gyro dealership! More
Used Mazda, purchased April 2022: Although the pickup and walk around experience was excellent, I found out a few days after I got home the car included an extended warranty (transferrable from the previous walk around experience was excellent, I found out a few days after I got home the car included an extended warranty (transferrable from the previous owner), and Gyro NEVER mentioned this during the process. In fact they tried to SELL me an extended warranty during the paperwork process. Extremely unethical in my view. More
I booked a test drive to GYRO Mazda for a Pre-owned CX-9. Mind you, I was also looking for my first ever car here in Canada. I was in awe of how their dealership looked! Lorenz sent me an email asking if anyone has already assisted me with my appointment and I replied that no one has contacted me yet except him. Lorenz and Anna were patient and accommodating enough to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I have had the CX-9 for a month and it still feels like a brand new one. If you are looking for a new and used Mazda vehicles, I highly recommend the guys at GYRO Mazda! More
