I had my spring service in April 2022 and had my snow tire switch over to my regular tires. Had wonderful person Teresa at the front desk helping me out. She was interactive and had a great sense of humour. When I picked up my car Paul was there with a helping hand. The staff was great two thumbs up.

Hello, C. Dalglish, Key replacement and key reprogramming does require a specific appointment, our online system does not have that item listed. We apologize the proper information was not provided to you before coming in. We do require proof of ownership, 2-3 hours depending if you require 1-2 key sets reprogrammed. As we do provide OEM parts our cost is higher but comes with 1 year warranty.
