Very nice owner but dysfunctional service department Seems to be short staff on advisors, poor systems and a broken connection between mechanics and advisors. Can not get through by phone, chaotic in person, turnover in service management. Hard to get straight answers on what was wrong with my car. Parts that should have been ordered were never ordered. Sales side might be fine. They are trying to fix problems but essentially unreliable. More
