Upon learning that the vehicle did not have heated seats & steering wheel, I still proceeded with the purchase. However once I arrived at the Dealership from an 8 hr drive, I then noticed the truck did not & steering wheel, I still proceeded with the purchase. However once I arrived at the Dealership from an 8 hr drive, I then noticed the truck did not have the "Automatic 4 wd function", which was pictured in the vehicles ad. Since I already put a $1,000.00 down on the truck, I continued with the transaction, as I didn't want to lose my deposit. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with GM for advertising a vehicle with options that it didn't have. I feel that I seen one vehicle but received another. I think its called bait and switch. One other thing I feel was odd is the fact, that we were not offered a test drive, but rather to close the deal in a hurry to get us on our way. More
