The pleasant sales person Metin went above and beyond imo to assist and answer our questions; keeping in touch while searching out a suitable vehicle, one of the last Souls available in Ontario. It arrived i to assist and answer our questions; keeping in touch while searching out a suitable vehicle, one of the last Souls available in Ontario. It arrived in a kind swap with a dealer in Niagara Falls. However, the management seemed to play a trick on us to increase the price, having me sign for a car without a VIN #, then bringing forward a now stocked item with VIN at a higher price, then the sales mgr grumpily stating directly to me that he would stand firm on the increased price bc surely another buyer could easily be found for a car model no longer made. The sales person Metin, was able to get us an extra item to ameliorate our displeasure with what we considered underhandedness by the management. Mind you, I haven’t purchased a new car in a dozen years, a 2013 Kia Soul 4U, which we loved owning and driving; we are even gifting it to a son as it still runs well. The financial person also seem to try and sell more products and services than we wanted but I did not find that unusual and was grateful for the opportunity to accept or decline those extras without issue.
