I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dealership. When I bought my car, I was told that certain work would be done and before I receive. They said they will let me know and schedule a day for it. sadly, no calls, no updates, and when I tried following up, it felt like I was the one chasing them for answers on something they promised to handle. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark, especially when you’re trusting a dealership to be upfront and communicative. A simple phone call or update would have made a big difference. I expected more professionalism and better customer service. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
