Do your research and call around other dealerships! What an incompetent and arrogant team mostly the service manager! Our Kia was there for a month and at the end finally found another dealer who's ready to help and not making us hard time! Get back the car with new scratches - photos attached. Showed it to the manager as Kia Canada advised check the car before pick up and let the manager handle the issue. Did that and he said there are scratches all around the car I said obviously because it's a 12 years old car but didn't say someone did it all just showed the new ones. Respect others property and learn how to talk customers respectfully without disgusting attitude! More
