Sweet talkers, tricky salespersons. Nice untill the purchase document is signed. Once purchase is made the sales persons attitude changes becomes rude towards the customer. New customers pls be very careful and do a price comparison before signing any purchase deal. More
Yes they were friendly & customer service was ok. (After 3 days with no email reply i finally had to call) However I still feel sick about getting ripped off on my trade. There is no negotiating. I requested wholesale value for our car, which I've always received at other dealerships (& our car was safetied less than a year ago) They would rather low ball a customer & let them walk then offer a decent trade value. Unfortunately they had the car my husband wanted so he accepted their offer. Save your money & please don't get suckered into a negative equity deal. More

I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I've never experienced the feeling that the salesman genuinely cared about whether or not I got a good deal or not. Not so at Guelph Infiniti. From the moment experienced the feeling that the salesman genuinely cared about whether or not I got a good deal or not. Not so at Guelph Infiniti. From the moment I first met Martin Saliba until the day my car was delivered Martin took such great care of me. He made sure that every aspect of the deal was explained and made sure that everything promised was actually delivered. My experience couldn't have been better. All emails or texts from me were promptly answered and the information given was 100% correct. Even after the deal was over he still managed to get me a break on my navigation update. Martin is truly dedicated to his customers and his career in car sales. I wish him all the best. He truly deserves it! I would most definitely buy from him and Guelph Infiniti-Nissan again. More
Although the dealer is great, the prices for parts in service are definitley not. I paid $42.16 for a small fog light bulb and thought it was high. The local Parts Source and three other supplers, even C service are definitley not. I paid $42.16 for a small fog light bulb and thought it was high. A total rip off for the consumer. Solution? half price in the U.S. and less in parts stores for the same product. More
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. False promises. Great until you buy, but then you are treated horribly. I agree with the above comments. Infiniti ranks them as high because they probably save them money by cutting corners. I was this close to buying an expensive car from these turkeys but thanks to their incompetence my gut told me to walk and I'm glad I did. I would turn to CUSTOMER ratings instead of manufacturer ratings... thats why sites like this are so important. Everyone contribute your two cents and we'll all be better off! More
After many trips to this dealership attempting to have my car repaired under warranty, I am truly convinced their goal is to avoid a major warranty claim at any cost. They are rated as a top dealership by Infiniti Canada, but that appears to be an award given to dealerships that save Infiniti the most money by avoiding large claims. My car burns a lot of oil, but warranty is being denied by the dealer and Infiniti (they work against you as a team) simply by claiming the car has nothing wrong with it. In the next breath they say the required repair is a new engine. From the day I began to pursue this claim I did not feel they had my interests at heart. Every move on their part was designed to not honour the warranty, and therefore retain their "Excellent" dealer rating with Infiniti. A local business magazine shows Owner Gord Dennis receiving the Award for Excellence from Infiniti Canada President Brad Bradshaw. Bradshaw states the award is given to the dealerships that "embody the philosophy and vision of Infiniti; that is to provide our customers with a premiere and uncompromising ownership experience through every aspect of the dealership organization" He states the most important factor is Customer Satisfaction. Well Mr. Bradshaw, you can inform Gord Dennis he has one very unhappy customer. I will never buy a car from Guelph Infiniti Nissan, and I will warn as many people as possible about this dealership and so-called "Customer Service" More
