So much for paying them a lease transfer fee! We used this dealership to take over a lease of an Infiniti G37x as it was closest to the home of the previous owner. Red flag for me should have been when the finance manager said he did not know how to complete a lease transfer. Well, despite that, I was forced to pay a $500 transfer fee. Lo and behold, about 2 months later I have Nissan Finance harassing me for a copy of my insurance as it seems it was not provided to them by Guelph Infiniti. My insurance company was obliging and looked after for me. Then about 7 months later I start getting harassed again by Nissan Finance to tell me they don't have a copy of my drivers license required to complete the transfer. Well, I told them I paid $500 for Guelph Infiniti to look after this - the response I got from Nissan? They tried to get the dealership to provide to them but they have been ignoring their requests. Told them it was not my problem but I continued to get calls almost weekly from Nissan from my drivers license so I got sick of being bothered and finally handed it over. So much for paying $500 for customer service I never received from Guelph. They were supposed to look after all the paperwork for me, hence the $500 fee. Horrible service! Wow, surprised there are still in business with all the negative reviews. More
Oil changes I had lifetime oil changes now they cancelled that. Once sent wife for oil change and came home with lots of recommendations. Day 2, mechanic is working on it again, I'm expecting further issues, and be told I need to pay more. sales guy Andy, painted a picture of wonderful Service once you own infinity....Reality is complete opposite. He doesn't bother returning emails or calls relating to recalls on this brand new luxury car. Washed his hands of us once we purchased two brand new cars through him. Service is terrible, we were promised to drive a loaner infinity if ours is in service...Wayne laughed at me when I told him this is in our signed agreement! He said you need to book these in advance,,,because I'm psychic and I will know when my q50 will break down!! Idiots. More

Service Center Issues I had my truck in for some service work where all four tires were removed. in less than a month, and with low km's as I only use the truck for campin I had my truck in for some service work where all four tires were removed. in less than a month, and with low km's as I only use the truck for camping, I lost a rear tire while towing my trailer with my family in the truck on a busy two lane highway. I asked dealership to investigate the service work and get back to me, I was not looking for compensation as I knew they would deny it was their fault but I was looking for some reassurance that they would investiagate. took two weeks to get a reply from wayne the operations manager to say he would call me but two weeks later still and I have not reveived any call. very disappointing attitude to this situation. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. More

This is not the first time buying brand new car!!! I even told them through email not to invite me unless the price I wanted (posted in their website) was closely matched. That department is unresponsive to my service needs. I purchased a rust inhibitor electronic box which I found out was installed by a 3rd party. I brought my car into the service department, they tool photos and said they were sending them off to this company and they would get back to me. I haven't heard back from anyone in 3 months. I followed up by calling the service department on 4 occasions and as of yet 4 months later no one has returned a call to help me out. I would definitely not purchase here again. Update: Received a call today to fill out a report for repair again with no appology. Previous service person left and no one followed up with my report so it was dropped. Frustrating. More
