Instead of a technical diagnosis, the technician cleared the code and blamed "bad gas." This set a pattern for the "coincidence-based" diagnostics that followed. During the misfire visit, a bad wheel bearing was identified. I returned for the warranty repair. Immediately upon pick-up, there was a loud, unmistakable clunking in the steering that was not present when I arrived. The service manager confirmed the noise but then claimed the technician noticed it before the car was even in the bay. When I asked to see the mandatory intake documentation or the multi-point inspection where this "pre-existing" safety issue was recorded, there was nothing. Under Ontario law, if a safety-related noise is "noticed" by a technician, it must be documented and disclosed to the customer. Their failure to do so—and then using it as a retroactive excuse—is a massive red flag. After a written complaint, I was offered a "free diagnostic." I drove an hour back to Guelph, only for Mike Hendriks to tell me they "couldn't hear the noise"—despite his own team having confirmed it days prior. I took my vehicle to a trusted independent mechanic who immediately identified that the strut bearing plate was disturbed/unseated during the dealership's hub service. Guelph Infiniti chose to gaslight me rather than admit a workmanship error. If you value your vehicle’s safety and want a service team that follows basic Ontario repair standards for documentation and honesty, stay away from this dealership. They prioritize clearing codes and avoiding responsibility over actual repairs. More

Purchased a new Rogue back in 2018 at Guelph Nissan and when we decided to upgrade to a larger SUV my wife was in for service and saw all these 2026 QX80’s on the lot. Their business manager who completed the leasing agreement was done in under 20 minutes! Besides great people at Guelph Infiniti, what impressed us was they actually had 2026 cars! No one else had 2026 models. But let me make it clear, the QX80 exceeded most ‘wants’ in a full-size SUV and looking forward to our drive down south this winter. I highly recommend Guelph Infiniti to anyone who wants a great looking and great performing vehicle…. Kudos to Andy… More
