Had my Accent serviced at Guelph Hyundai a couple of days ago. Purchased the vehicle used from an independent local used car dealer. Guelph Hyundai did not disappoint! Mike L. was the service adviser I met with…he was excellent, very patient, listened to my concerns and goals regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. He explained in detail the best steps forward for maintenance on a car with very little history. I feel like I was given very practical, sensible advice, no high pressure or fear mongering tactics and at the end of my appointment and vehicle service I felt confident that I had made a decent choice in not only the vehicle I purchased but also where I have decided to bring that car for its maintenance. The experience I had at Guelph Hyundai was exceptional, pricing was reasonable and even though I have to drive over an hour each way it’s definitely worth it especially when the vibe is right from beginning to end.
