I had an awsome experience. Had to bring the Santa Fe in for servicing because of a recall and the service department was very friendly and extrememly knowledgeable. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Guelph Hyundai since the year 2000 and have yet to be disappointed either in the service I've received or the people I've dealt with. We are considering a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, preferably the new plug in hybrid, as our next vehicle. The current sales promotion is really too hard to pass up, but we did not go through with the purchase just yet. I will be clear that it is no fault of the salesman, manager, or dealership, or price. We are just waiting for the absolute right time to get the new car - I was caught up in the excitement and price, but my wife prefers that we wait a bit more until she has worked a little longer. She just finished maternity leave and started back to work at the start of September, so we are going to let our finances catch up a bit more. Justin is a great salesperson; professional, honest, and above all, patient. I will definitely come back to see him and my friend manager Derek Dawkins when we are ready. Scott Shafer contacted me with information about the 0% financing on the 2013 models that were being "cleared out". Also clarified what would happen with the existing loan I had on my current vehicle and how the trade-in would work. Scott did an excellent job of finding a vehicle for me within the budget that I had stated. Once we had discussed various options, I then spoke with Margaret Currie who went through the loan details and the various warranty options available. Margaret explained everything very well and answered all my questions. I also had my current vehicle in for scheduled service. As usual the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and no unexpected costs. The service technicians and administrators are always good at explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. I'm always very satified with the work done at Guelph Hyundai. The vehicle that I am purchasing will be the 5th Hyundai that I have purchased and, I believe, the 3rd one from Guelph Hyundai. More

When I stepped in there I had just went to Cambridge Hyundai and with the sales person I was dealing with there it was a bad experince yet again....I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! So off I went back to Guelph and really was afraid of dealing with a new sales person but, that's whom i was recommended and Lee Kant was the man.....very personable, attentive to my (as a customer needs) but, very sincere you can tell it was like he was selling to one of his own family members....like I was one of the family, all my needs were looked after and then some I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LEE KANT TO EVERYONE HE'S AMAZING!!!!! Also Derek the salls manager went above and beyond my expectations....and Dan the service manager YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.....THANK-YOU THANK-YOU for making this yet another right decision and many many years of joy with my New Santa Fe......now you need some decaf coffee in the waiting room and everything will be PERFECT.....Once again Thank-you Guelph Hyundai!!!!
