I had a very positive experience at Guelph Hyundai. I purchased a used vehicle from them. They went way beyond the requirements from the Safety Check. I went to Guelph Hyundai to have my trunk latch replaced and transmission fluid flushed. When I got my car back I realized on the drive home that they had disconnected my dash cam. I called their service sh and transmission fluid flushed. When I got my car back I realized on the drive home that they had disconnected my dash cam. I called their service shop to ask why it was necessary to disconnect the dash camera for a transmission fluid change and they said they would "get me in touch with the right person" and proceeded to send me to voicemail. I called the front desk and explained the situation to them, to which they replied that I would need to speak to someone else.. and again sent me to a voicemail. Called back a third time and they declined my call. This dealership does not want you to see how they handle/test drive your personal vehicle and they take zero accountability. More
