He made me feel I was making the right choice as I was looking at other cars as well. Although I had many problems (service wise) with a brand new car, your service staff always were accommodating when I needed to bring my car in and also note that the customer pickup and drop off staff (Amy) should also be on your list of Selected employees as she contributes to the overall experience. Amy always made me feel like I wasn't inconvencing her when I needed special pickup and drop off. Service staff were always good at explaining the problems and were apologetic that it took so long to solve the "check engine" light problem. More

My husband dropped me off at Walmart and he got car serviced. It took three hours. Phoned twice to dealership from pay phone and was told twice from a new employee he had left. Service excellent a little pricey. John was good but if had done everything would have cost over $1000 on 31000km car? I think that's expensive for an oil change and check over.
