I bought a 2023 truck with 5300 km with factory warranty remaining but after the tire light came on the cause was the 4 TPMS sensors in the wheels were removed. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis un 5 étoiles réside dans le fait que s'il n'avait pas été de ma négociation, de mon offre significativement plus basse que le prix demandé, j'aurais quand même payé pas mal plus. THOUSANDS of dollars spent AFTER the sale! No response from the dealer. Come on, really? Do better, Grenier, you can do better! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLER FROM THEM!!!!!! More

Normally I found the service people to be very good. They tried to get me to claim this as an accident (and make my truck worth nothing as a trade-in to save them money I guess) but finally accepted it as not my fault and the "extended" warranty covered it. April 23rd brought my jeep in to get the summers on, job done went home and parked the jeep in the driveway going out only near by at the most once a week. Yesterday May 26th was the first time I really took the vehicle out for a long drive due to Covid 19, on the autoroute I hear a slight banging , thought a nail or something other was on the tire but nothing.Leaving the store on the highway the banging is getting louder and louder got home and looked at the tires and the mechanic DID NOT THIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS!!! only 2 was left, how dangerous and irresopnble this is. I contacted Grenier last night and I am waiting for a call from the new service director. I expect them to replace all my lug nuts and wheel bearing because surely its damaged! More
