Paige was very professional in her knowledge of sales. She is personable and that, combined with her experience in sales, cemented the sale for us. I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet. I am very disappointed with the service. I bought a used car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up af car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up after winter. No problem the technician told me, took photos and promised to call me a week later. That was in mid April. I finally called again mid June. He hadn’t done anything and promised to get right on it and call back the next day. End of June I called the service manager. He told me he would talk to the guy the very next day and call me back the afternoon of that day. It’s now mid July and I haven’t heard a word. Sorry guys but this looks a lot like a pattern to me. Had my first oil change and Paige was great with checking in on me and making sure everything was great and I was happy! I've been taking my 2012 VW Golf to GP for service for the past few years. I called to ask if I needed to replace my timing belt due to a recent event where I had a hard time starting my car. I asked i the past few years. I called to ask if I needed to replace my timing belt due to a recent event where I had a hard time starting my car. I asked if I brought my vehicle in … a three hour drive with time change, would they have the parts if it needed to be replaced. They said, no, they don't stock parts for old vehicles. My car is not that old. If I wanted to have the parts in stock and didn't use them, it would be a 20% restocking fee. Not once did anyone ask me any questions to see it was most likely the timing belt. I called Prince George and the service person asked me a bunch of questions and then said, it's definitely not your timing belt, likely the battery. He also said they stock one of the parts for most vehicles, common kits, etc. I was prepared to spend between $2,ooo - $2,500.00 on a repair job but they can't spring to bring in the parts! Even if it turns out I didn't need them now, I would need the job done eventually. I'm rating the individuals higher because it's not their policy, they just have to follow it. More

Service at this dealership is exceptional. The line tech Bailey even saved a kitten while doing an oil change. If that doesn’t show the integrity of this dealership and staff I don’t know what will!
