We are committed to providing high quality customer service, however based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. This is disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your service at our dealership. I can understand your frustrations regarding the repairs needed on your vehicle. As I am certain you can appreciate a vehicle with 255,000 kilometers on it will show signs of wear and tear. Please be assured that the pulleys you are concerned about are not bent, but do show some signs of a previous impact. The Technician did ensure that the pulleys are functioning as they are intended. Also showing signs of a previous impact is the engine cover as this came into our shop taped together. Unfortunately, the engine cover did continue to break once the technician began to remove it, again we are sorry for this short coming and we would like to opportunity to offer you a good will gesture by replacing your engine cover for you. Upon further inspection of your vehicle it was noted that there was an existing oil leak as evidenced by the old oil leaking out. The technician did not communicate his findings regarding this leak and for that we are truly sorry. Our team of technicians has been re-trained on the importance of communicating all vehicle findings to our customers and front counter staff to avoid any similar customer concerns in the future. Grande Prairie Volkswagen strives for 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time. I am regretful that you felt our service fell short of these expectations. It is my sincere hope that you will accept our good will offer to replace your engine cover and provide us the opportunity to earn back your business.
