Par for the course in grande prairie. Dealt with a good salesperson. but the dealership wouldn’t include basic things on the van we bought that I would’ve thought should be included. They didn’t want to put a block heater in, rather they wanted to do a “stick on” oil pan heater. Also didn’t give us a second set of keys. We had to go buy our own second fob for about $400 More

Chelsea was very nice and helpful, she did upsell me on a more expensive car but in the end i fell in love with my new car, and when i had a problem with the key fob, i braught it back and she got it fixed f more expensive car but in the end i fell in love with my new car, and when i had a problem with the key fob, i braught it back and she got it fixed for me within 10 minutes More
