Super friendly no pressure very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on all the lots. After figuring what we like in a SUV and what we don't we narrowed the search down and after the sale was final my vehicle was ready first thing next morning with command start installed that's when I expected to drive off but Tem spent extra time explaining all the features how they all work hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth those were the extras in service that you don't get everywhere he also leaves you his personal number so if you have a silly question he finds the answer.awesome guy recommend him to everyone More

After purchase troubles I bought a brand new vehicle in June. It took them 4 months to get me a second key fob, which is supposed to come with it at time of purchase. Final I bought a brand new vehicle in June. It took them 4 months to get me a second key fob, which is supposed to come with it at time of purchase. Finally, I got my second fob and the key won't go in the door, so poorly cut. I've also had my sunroof in for warranty and it still leaks. I do have to say here, Dawn at the service desk is WONDERFUL to deal with. She is friendly and professional. I just wish the salesmen who make promises to clients, would have a higher attention to customer service AFTER the vehicle is purchased. More

My experience 😍 I have got introduced to Mitsubishi from a good friend she got Tem to text me a couple days of telling my info he got me accepted for a brand new car I have got introduced to Mitsubishi from a good friend she got Tem to text me a couple days of telling my info he got me accepted for a brand new car silver lancer. My car had got stolen & crashed I was broken for 5 months, and decided to text Tem to see if I can get another car. I've lost hope in getting another vehicle but Tem kept hope alive he did his best & succeeded. I was accepted for a red lancer that me & my family love very much! Tem is an awesome dealer he doesn't make you feel pressured but lifts you up and gives promises that are given, nice, friendly, outgoing & sure knows how to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend Mitsubishi dealership they're all very nice & welcoming. More
