Exceptional Service! Upon walking into GP Mitsubishi, I was warmly greeted by Tem and the staff still working. I worked out of town and they stayed open to have the paperwork for my car completed. To say I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle online via texting is an understatement. The process was very smooth. The price was excellent! My fiance was even more apprehensive and googled costs, resale value etc. and said the car should not be worth more than 11000 according to Nissan. And yay!! It wasn't! I also was financed through a bank which had not been possible since my divorce and I was thrilled about that! Every time I have called the dealership regarding the command start, security system, or windshield Tem always had a ready answer and he saw every concern with me right from his positive, enthusiastic greeting at the door to the end, taking me to the service counter. After a family tragedy, the security system decided to do it's job and Tem, immediately drove over to help me fix the problem. He is a salesman that puts people first.
