Awesome Customer Experience from start to finish! We really did not intend to buy so quickly, but we are so glad we did, we actually just love our vehicle. We previously owned a Hyundai and after trying a few different models we could not walk away from Hyundai. Kati Carlson gave exceptional service and made the adventure more fearless! I even got the color I have talked about forever. Great atmosphere at the location, friendly and dedicated staff. It was long hours for the staff but they concentrated on the customer being happy. Our experience with Brittany Sinkevich was great her customer service was beyond. She was so efficient, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant person and easy to work with. Thank you both. Awesome experience I must say one of the very few times i felt not pressured into deals! Meaghan Odegard was Amazing! love how smooth it went, she offered us more for ou I must say one of the very few times i felt not pressured into deals! Meaghan Odegard was Amazing! love how smooth it went, she offered us more for our trade in and she was there even after hours when i had unfortunate accident she phoned me even on her trip for Easter to make sure i was ok. She offered to do our registration for us even though she had no more responsibility toward us she still was offering us her support and help. I wish that all sales people can be so focus on the customer as she is. My experience with Brittany Sinkevich was equally excellent. She explained all to us and made it so we understood it clearly. We were treated with much respect and i admire the friendly service even when my 2 year old got difficult i did not get the normal irritated response. I recommend them anytime for we really were impressed by how quick and sufficient we were helped. My experience with Will Mears although very short was awesome! He made me an offer on my car which i could not say no to! Once again, friendly open and made us feel welcome. Overall a great experience! More
