Kyle was my salesman and assisted me in a few test drives and finding vehicles. I found one that I was interested in, however wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford it. They said I could put down a refunda and finding vehicles. I found one that I was interested in, however wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford it. They said I could put down a refundable $500 deposit on the car to hold it for a few days while I figured out my finances. I came to the conclusion that it was out of my price range and I notified Kyle immediately, he said he would make sure to reimburse me for my deposit. A few weeks go by, no cheque in the mail… I message him again confirming that he would send it out, he replied saying he would. Another few weeks, still nothing. I’m now sitting at about 2 months and still no reimbursement. Not entirely sure what went wrong here. More
