I also found the speed of service was fast, I was out of my car and into a new truck the next day and that's only because it was later in the evening. She is no doubt an asset to your service department, she has the type of personality that made me feel comfortable in an environment that I am not that comfortable. I look forward to seeing her in a few weeks when I stop by for an oil change. My first visit to this dealership was a few weeks ago, I was a walk in customer with a completely non-functioning radio/touch screen. I was really scared I was going to be told make an appointment and come back. But thats not the response I got. Dwayne asked me to pull my truck in and within 5 minutes of me shutting off the truck everything was up and running perfectly!!! I am new to Grande Prairie and one thing that I have noticed while out shopping (at any kind of store) is that GP is lacking customer service. I can honestly say that Grande Prairie Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service Department has the best customer service I have found in GP so far! More
