No he was def trying to hussle me like a greasy car sales man would and I’ll tell u why lol first off my entire def system rebuilt like 2 months ago so I knew it couldn’t be the dpf filter had to be one of the other ones. I told Ryan when I dropped my truck off that it had a bad oil pressure sensor and the def system was just rebuilt.. get a call hours later after my truck was dropped off just to have Ryan tell me what I already fucking knew. “ u have a bad oil pressure sensor and we can’t force a regren.” I literally told him all this in the morning. You guys think I didn’t try to force my own regen lol. I gave u guy all the info I could so u wouldn’t have to wait time but u did any way. Then when I called you guys out on wasting time Darren gets all super manager and I stead of listening to me he just proceeded to defend his staff and the company policy’s or whatever he was rambling on about. Tried to sell me that 2500 dollar filter. I looked it up it’s a 70$ filter and u guys wanted to charge me and additional 2430$ for a filter install… told me they were scared to put in in high ideal😂😂😂😂😂😂 cuz of the no oil pressure sensor issue, I drove it there didn’t I? It’s a picker truck everytime I put the pto on it goes into high ideal told Darren I would come to the dealership and put it in high ideal myself and sit in the truck for an hr to prove a point.. then he just gave me back my keys and refused service too me. All cocky and arrogant on the phone but the second I walk into the building it’s “ here’s your keys imma run to the back now and hide “ tried to call him and left messages and he just ghosted me. But at the end of the day I fix my truck issue with a 50-60$ of def cleaner that I added to the tank. Took it for a drive and burned everything off that filter. My check engine light is gone and my truck isn’t in limp mode anymore and guess what my low oil pressure sensor is still poping up. Oh and I forgot to mention that I literally told Ryan I got a oil change the day before I dropped the truck off. And calls me about the sensor that I already told him about. All in all the experience was horrible I will not be going back there and I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone AND I will be contacting AMVIC bout all this . Trying to get thousands outta me when it was a quick fix less then 100$
