Great Overall Experience I came in when my vehicle was shaking whenever I applied the brakes on my vehicle. When I came in, Carmen seemed to know exactly what I was talking about as soon as I had mentioned the issue. She was very pleasant and made the intake of my vehicle very painless. Once they had fully diagnosed the issue she was quick to let me know what was going on and sure enough, it was the rotors as she had explained. I very much appreciated how thorough she was in explaining the process that was recommended for my vehicle. She called me as soon as it was done and I was out in just a few minutes when I came to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. I will definitely look for Carmen next time I have vehicle issues and would definitely recommend her help to my friends and family! More

renewed experience i had a problem with one of my cars at home and was in need of a second truck, as we are a 2 vehicle family. i gave a look at the dealership online f i had a problem with one of my cars at home and was in need of a second truck, as we are a 2 vehicle family. i gave a look at the dealership online first, as past experiences had led me to mistrust and label them as pushy and not concerned with my needs at. that being said when amanda and i started a dialogue online, i gave a list of requirements that i needed met in order to consider buying from her. at first i thought that it would be difficult for her to acheive for me in such a small time frame. she rose to the challenge and with the help of brent were able to get me into the exact vehicle that was required for my needs and was in my price range. the experience was really good, i could relate with all 3 very well and with the knowledge i have, i felt extremely satified and with the knowledge all 3 (amanda, brent and paul) had was very happy with the service i recieved. all were very curtious and kind and were truely interested in filling my needs, and once my needs were met the transition from one person to the other was smooth and very pain free. i look forward to future experiences with the dealership and hope the level of friendliness and confidence flows over the other departments More
