Not only is he knowledgeable about cars, he's practical, fair and I trust him completely. His honest approach to car service is not something I've experienced before when dealing with car issues, which makes him a guy I know treats my car (and me!) right. Great Overall Experience I came in when my vehicle was shaking whenever I applied the brakes on my vehicle. When I came in, Carmen seemed to know exactly what I was talking a I came in when my vehicle was shaking whenever I applied the brakes on my vehicle. When I came in, Carmen seemed to know exactly what I was talking about as soon as I had mentioned the issue. She was very pleasant and made the intake of my vehicle very painless. Once they had fully diagnosed the issue she was quick to let me know what was going on and sure enough, it was the rotors as she had explained. I very much appreciated how thorough she was in explaining the process that was recommended for my vehicle. She called me as soon as it was done and I was out in just a few minutes when I came to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. I will definitely look for Carmen next time I have vehicle issues and would definitely recommend her help to my friends and family! More
