My first visit to this dealership was a few weeks ago, I was a walk in customer with a completely non-functioning radio/touch screen. I was really scared I was going to be told make an appointment and come back. But thats not the response I got. Dwayne asked me to pull my truck in and within 5 minutes of me shutting off the truck everything was up and running perfectly!!! I am new to Grande Prairie and one thing that I have noticed while out shopping (at any kind of store) is that GP is lacking customer service.
