Phenomenal Experience!! Mike Murphy was recommended to me and the recommendation was an understatement of my experience! Mike professionalism and knowledge was incredible! We talked on the phone for approximately 5 minutes and my arrival at the dealership within 30 minutes later i was greeted by Mike with a firm handshake and a great smile! He had information on the vehicles that I would be interested in purchasing ready and a vehicle at the front door available to test drive. After demonstrating all the extras of the vehicle we proceeded with a test drive. Numerous questions later we drove back to the dealership where we talked about other options and then talked about the numbers!! Both Brett and Mike were very congenial and pleasant to deal with, even willing to wait for my answer. After deciding to purchase the vehicle I then worked with Nikki who was very knowledgeable and efficient! Her expertise and organization was appreciated as it was close to the end of the day, on a Friday but we were able to complete all the required paperwork so I drive my vehicle the next day! My overall experience was absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend your dealership to anyone because of the people that worked with me! Thank you Mike for your great sense of humor!! I called Amanda and Chantelle and told them what was wrong with my car and although i was in a panic about it they were so nice and and calmed me right down. They pushed to get me in to see them right away and see what they could do for me. i told them "kinda" what i wanted and they came out with something even better. Ryan really pushed to make everything work for me on such a short deadline and he even stayed late to help me out and got me a price that i could afford. he explained everything to me right down the the decimal point. They were all fantastic and very accommodating and made my big situation (trading in my car and getting something new on my own) into a breeze. i couldnt have done it with out the 3 of them. i was with my boyfriend when he brought his truck last year and Ryan was great then as well - and again he even stayed late for us. I would and have already recommended people to go down and see the ladies and Ryan. Its nice when people actually help you out and dont just send you on your way and push you out the door. More
