Mike was great in helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and needed. I had come in looking for a new truck. A downgrade from what I currently had. My experience was great, The boys managed to get me into a brand new 2013 dodge 1500 when I didn't think it was possible. They were easy to relate to and deal with. I was able to talk to them about more the a brand new 2013 dodge 1500 when I didn't think it was possible. They were easy to relate to and deal with. I was looking at vehicles online, saw a few trucks I liked. So I Inquired on a truck and they got back to me with in minutes to set up a test drive, ended up taking a few vehicles out on the same day. liked. I stopped at my dealership today to make a appointment for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer water from the ac drained in the cab flooding the carpet out, ( they could not find source so nothing was done) last winter the air bag lite kept coming on which was not fixed. Today I asked them if they could look at my winter front,( that has cracked from the cold) as well as my window seal that need replace. I was told I would have to book appointment and leave truck there yet again for another day so they could diagnose problem, then when parts are in would have to drop it off for another day so it could be fixed. the winter front has a visible crack and the window rubber is torn there is nothing to diagnose just look at it and if it is warranty order the pieces and call me when they are in. Dont seam to be too difficult to me. I bought a truck for my work I realize that they did not build it but they could surly work with a customer to book an appointment time and save diagnostic troubleshooting for people that have diagnostic needs.
