Financing department was fantastic! Although I wasn't thoroughly impressed with the Service Departments service. I had rims and tint ordered on my financing, and after 3 weeks, they couldn't find my rims, finally when they were found, they said it would take three days to put rims and tint on. They still did what they could to make sure I was happy. Recommended for sure! More

I did some browsing online before heading down there and saw a nice silver Jeep SRT8. When I got to the dealership Anna introduced herself in a professional yet warm manner. We took the Jeep out and I fell in love with its power and comfort. During the test drive, Anna kept a friendly conversation going which was great as she genuinely cared about my input on the vehicle. After the test drive, we settled on the numbers and the test drive in a non-pressured way. After the sale, I had questions...lots of questions...at all hours, Anna was very patient and responded in a friendly manner and looked after my needs. Very Satisfied I dealt with Thomas in trading out my old jeep and getting me into a new jeep. My old jeep was problem after problem and I tried to trade it a bunch b I dealt with Thomas in trading out my old jeep and getting me into a new jeep. My old jeep was problem after problem and I tried to trade it a bunch before when there was a different manager and they always told me it would cost a lot more per payment. Thomas worked a miracle for me and my payments only went up $5 so I was able to afford better coverage and benefits for my new jeep. Jordan was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of my experience there. He is hands down the best sales person I've ever dealt with! He found me exactly what I wanted in no time. The sales manager Brett was great. He got me a great deal with my trade and got the truck I really wanted to fit my very tight approval. Even with all of this, I knew my situation would be a total shot in the dark, but... My finance guy Paul was amazing as well! Not only did he get me approved, but even got me a great rate!
