We originally started our search for our truck locally in British Columbia - but due to several communication breakdown issues and extremely poor cust We originally started our search for our truck locally in British Columbia - but due to several communication breakdown issues and extremely poor customer service, we made contact with Grand Prairie Dodge as we were told the truck we wanted was on their lot. Within 48 hours, we had purchased our truck and had it delivered directly to our front door!!! From the moment we talked to Brett (sales manager) and Kerry (finance department) we felt at ease and treated with respect. We, or rather I, was very hesitant about buying a truck that I had never driven, much less seen at all. Brett put our mind at ease by sending pictures and full detailed options report so we could review everything. Brett was readily available for phone calls and worked on getting a deal we were comfortable with. Kerry was a pleasure to talk to and walked me through every step of the financing process. She took the time to go over every detail and responded to all emails / phone calls in a timely manner. She even took the time to follow up with an email after the truck was delivered to ensure we were aokay! To be honest, we never thought or considered buying a truck from out of province - I was concerned about several issues, but after talking and dealing with Brett and Kerry, we now have the truck that we want and would not hesitate on buying further trucks from them again! What could have been a very stressful situation turned out to be a easy and exciting. Thank you again to Brett and Kerry for your excellent service, help, and follow up.
