Fair, friendly and thorough We took our 2012 Dodge Caravan in got a routine 65,000km inspection. We knew something was wrong as we had a rattle in the back. Kevin was very thorou We took our 2012 Dodge Caravan in got a routine 65,000km inspection. We knew something was wrong as we had a rattle in the back. Kevin was very thorough and discovered our shocks need replacement, a door stopper was missing and our weather stripping needs replacement. All of this is covered under warranty. We've had dealers try to get out of doing warranty work, trying to find a loophole as to why it's not covered. But not these guys! They looked for everything they could possibly find. Parts will be in in 3 days and we will have a brand new can again. Thanks Kevin! More

A few months ago I tried to get myself into a lower interest rate than I had but unfortunately even though then did everything possible a deal could not be made. But a week ago I receive a call from Chantalle at the dealership saying she thought she could help now.
