If I could give 20/20 I would Being a single mom on a budget and not knowing anything about vehicles and/or their prices I walked into the dealership quite nervous that I would be Being a single mom on a budget and not knowing anything about vehicles and/or their prices I walked into the dealership quite nervous that I would be taken advantage of which happened when I was 20 and bought my first new vehicle. I was not the pickiest person nor was I the person dropping 90,000.00 on a vehicle but I felt as though I was being treated like a queen :-) I know for a fact that Mike gave me a great deal on the price cause shortly after leaving there I spoke to a person with the same exact vehicle (minus 3rd row seating) who paid quite a bit more than I did with a couple less features that was thrown in on my vehicle. Mike was the first person to greet me at the door and within a minute my nervous feeling was gone. He made me feel so comfortable. Mike is an Extremely pleasant and friendly salesman that listened and asked the appropriate very important questions that I didn't even think of to ask. He was Not pushy and respected the fact that I was buying the cheapest new vehicle that suited my needs. He was prompt and thorough. I had my vehicle within hours. Great guy.... Great salesman. I would recommend him to anyone. To be honest everybody I encountered at the dealership that day were great to me. One gentleman went completely out of his way to warm my cold coffee upstairs. I was taken care of completely. Thanks Mike for helping accommodate me and my 3 children who are on a budget find a vehicle we all love. I hope your still around in the future when I need to make another purchase :-) The finance guy Tim Horcoff did a great job getting me an extremely low interest rate and more to make sure I was safe and secure in the future regarding the amount of my payments with some very important extras included.
