I walked in looking to see my options for a newer vehicle and seen a sales associate with a welcoming smile sitting at his desk. Right away was able to relax as I didn't have a rush of associates approaching me. I than sat down by my choosing, with my associate Jeff Blanchard and his super friendly smile. He had took me for a test drive in a Lancer which I hated right off the bat, but eventually actually got me liking it with no pressure. He was super patient with me and was able to ignore my high maintanced attitude and keep up the good conversation and positive experience I was having. Alli, in financance was really friendly and helpful as well. She worked really hard and quickly to get me approved for a vehicle. I had nothing but doubt but she was able to find me a lender. She explained everything perfectly to me as I had never financed before and was able to bare with me through the frustration I was building from my constant phone going off due to my children and the long process of doing paper work, after a long work day and being very tired. She kept a great attitude. Jeff is a great guy to deal with and it was exciting for us both of to see my new Toyota for the first time as the original car after the Lancer we went to look at was sold. I didn't feel like he was talking up the car to make a sale and that he was truly excited and liked the car as I did. I had a fun time with Jeff buying my new car. I will be coming back next year to buy another vehicle, hoping to deal with Jeff and Alli again. More
