Forever a GP Chrysler customer!! Treated just like family! I was stuck in a car loan that I did not want to be in anymore. With the help of the finance manager, sales manager and sales consultant they managed I was stuck in a car loan that I did not want to be in anymore. With the help of the finance manager, sales manager and sales consultant they managed to get me out of the loan into the exact vehicle I wanted! I had applied at several dealerships and told I could not buy what I wanted. Between the follow up and hard work put in by all three i must say I will forever be a GP Chrysler customer! Thank you for working so hard on getting me my Jeep!!! I could not be any happier!! More

After my experience I learned When you make a mistake, there are only three things you should ever do about it: admit it, learn from it, and don't repeat it. This was my very first truck purchase, and it was by far the worst experience of my life. This team did nothing but rush me off the lot with a truck. I Ended up walking off the lot with a used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 slt, 3.6 l pentastar that an employee was using for daily commute. Once it was time to get a price, Mr. Gage walked over with a ripped up piece of paper and chicken scratched a listing price. I almost walked out because it was so high, especially for a base model truck. Dylan nor the other employee's listed below did nothing to help me, only tried to play me for the fool. Priced me for the full model Hemi when it was a base model 3.6 L Pentastar model. no features no bells and whistles, no fog lights, heated seats nothing. Just a greasy stain in the back seat that was left there by the employee. ( Brittany Sinkevich) * And was told it would go away* (Alicia Williams) The deal however was a spray Bed liner, A fabric protection, paint protection, and the honor of mailing the personal effects of the employee's belongings left in the truck. After the headache of working and commuting, The Dealership had finally fit me in a couple months later. Where rocks ended up leaving permanent scars, the greasy stain couldn't get out of my back seat, And I waited over 9 hours for the truck to return. Not only waiting for close to 10 hours, they walked out with white wax stains still on the truck. I am appalled with the service. The truck is great, but the treatment and service is terrible. Couldn't even throw in floor mats for the truck. Very displeased customer. I put a review for this board to warn customers not to be fooled by the smiles, this team is out for money. Don't crack under the listing price, cut your counter offer in half. That is the game. More
