These folks consistently deliver excellent service that comes in under budget and on time. I've been dealing with them for years and while they are over an hour away and they're is a dealership 5 minut comes in under budget and on time. I've been dealing with them for years and while they are over an hour away and they're is a dealership 5 minutes from my front door, I will continue to use the Grande Prairie location as my primary Ram service provider. It was the best experience I have had at a dealership, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. The shuttle service from the dealership and then back to pick up my truck was great. Made an appointment for 10am and didn’t even get a mechanic to look at it all afternoon as I called at 2pm in hopes it would be done by then. Drove 3 hours for the appointment and ended up just taking mechanic to look at it all afternoon as I called at 2pm in hopes it would be done by then. Drove 3 hours for the appointment and ended up just taking my jeep back unserviced. Discount card for enterprise the service advisor gave me for a rental car wasn’t even honoured either. More
