Dealer contacts me for recall service. I drive 2 hours for service to find out they hadn’t made the appointment. Rebook service for 2 weeks later (still a 2 hour drive) for 10 am. The reca I drive 2 hours for service to find out they hadn’t made the appointment. Rebook service for 2 weeks later (still a 2 hour drive) for 10 am. The recall service simply needs a software update (about 30 minutes) - after waiting 3 hours at the dealership they still haven’t started the work. I ran out of time and had to leave with still no service done. More
