Quick purchase with all concerns addressed! I had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep Grande Cherokee! It started with Charlene Gaffney who did my pre-approval completely over the phone. S I had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep Grande Cherokee! It started with Charlene Gaffney who did my pre-approval completely over the phone. She was lovely and made the process seem simple. I was then contacted by Dale Scotton who showed me a vehicle of which I have never considered and I instantly fell in love with it. Dale answered all of my questions easily and what he could not answer he immediately found the answer. The process through finance (with Mike Murphy) and the overall purchase through Dale was quick and painless. They stayed late and I took my vehicle home that same day with a due bill to come back to have the vehicle "cleaned for delivery." Dale was personable, honest, enthusiastic and listened intently to all of my concerns. A couple of days later I needed to provide a document to the finance dept and Dale was on top of it! He even phoned me days later to reassure me and to ask if I had any other concerns! The only negative part of this review was that once my vehicle went back to the Dealership and was cleaned I was not happy with the results. I contacted Dale and he responded immediately and said that he would rectify this ASAP. The very next day he called me to make arrangements to have my vehicle brought back in for another cleaning. Dale went out of his way to personally come and pick my vehicle up at my workplace (25km outside of the city), leave me another vehicle and then came back again to deliver my vehicle once it was complete. That is five star customer service excellence to me! Thank you Dale and the GP Chrysler team! More
