Love My New Ride because of Kevin Marthaller! I had been in the market for a new vehicle for quite some time as my family is growing and the vehicle I had was no longer a good fit. I was overwhelm I had been in the market for a new vehicle for quite some time as my family is growing and the vehicle I had was no longer a good fit. I was overwhelmed and frustrated with the vehicle buying process as I felt some salesmen where to pushy, were not invested in finding me the perfect vehicle and there were two many options out there that I was about to call it quits after having no success. When I contacted Kevin Marthaller about the prospect of purchasing a vehicle he was eager and willing to attempt to find the perfect vehicle that fit all my demands but stay within my budget for payments. My family had originally decided on a van as everything else we had previously looked at would not grow with us if we choose to have more children. He invested not only his working hours but also personal time to find exactly what we were asking and was swift at getting all the paper work together before I even stepped foot in the door of the dealership as I was coming from out of town. Of course being like most customers I at the last minute changed my mind and decided that I would like to see some SUV and he had to start over. He never complained and took the change with stride and found me the perfect vehicle, the 2020 Palisade. When he showed me the vehicle I instantly fell in love and knew that was the vehicle I was going to buy. He went right to work getting the paperwork in order and finding the proper people to help me with difficult technological features of the vehicle and ensured that I was 100% comfortable with my purchase. He just knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted and kept it within budget which I never thought would be possible. Kevin Marthaller was very efficient, honest and hard working and always made me feel like I was top priority.
