Was interested in a beauty used Harley that the dealership has. Spoke to whoever answers the messages for the dealer, and they were absolutely clueless!! Asked for them to have an actual salesperso dealership has. Spoke to whoever answers the messages for the dealer, and they were absolutely clueless!! Asked for them to have an actual salesperson get in touch with me, which they did, but they got someone from the wrong dealer to contact me. I feel if this level of incompetance is happening before even talking to a salesperson, that it wouldn't be a smooth transaction! More

While passing through Grande Prairie, we traded in our Dodge Ram 2014 truck for a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Mike Murphy was very patient, efficient, and helpful in dealing with us. He also had our 2014 t Dodge Ram 2014 truck for a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Mike Murphy was very patient, efficient, and helpful in dealing with us. He also had our 2014 truck’s cap and running boards transferred to the newer vehicle. In short, he made the transfer as smooth as possible. We never at any point felt pressured by him. Salesman was top notch, very helpful and genuinely excited for me. The detailing on my brand new vehicle was sub par.
