CJ was great to work with. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He had a lot of product knowledge and insight on comparable makes across all manufacturers. Lies through his teeth to make a sale. Will claim there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle he’s selling you. Did not get me to sign the mechanical fitness assessment before purchase and there was 5000 km put on the vehicle between the assessment and my purchase. Highly recommend taking it for a third party inspection before purchase. Learn from my mistake. More

Never deal with these guys again they’re lazy they try to scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me I need a new engine and as well as that they were also getting into my personal business as well and using that as leverage I also planned a week in advance to get an axle seal done that they did and failed so I had to be booked in again to get it refixed but instead of fixing it they just parked out in their parking lot and gave me a hard time didn’t do the main job that it was booked in advance for and the service guy Tony I do not appreciate his ignorance it has been nothing but xxxx I have had about five different vehicles I’ve had over the course of 10 years with dealerships and I’m done with scammers and cheaters not only that I have a lot of people that I know between the company I work for and the groups that I am in and a lot of people have seed what they’ve put me through and see with their own eyes my vehicle and the issues. Here’s a little update I do not take it very nicely the fact that they are using bribery for me to take down this review in order to get work done on my vehicle that is ridiculous and I will make sure that Grand Prairie Chrysler is held accountable for this thanks in advance.
