I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a young kid as my salesman and it was okay for the test drive. I absolutely loved the car it was my dream car. He also sent me unprofessional text messages when I said I didn’t want to get stuck in high car payments. He texted “the math isn’t mathing” and lost my sale immediately. You don’t talk to a customer like that no matter their age and I was at least twice his age. I went to another dealership just down the road and got a great SUV in the price range I was happy with no pressure and very professional service. More

Brought in for a catalytic converter replacement under the 130km emissions warnanty. Tried to deny the warranty three times. Then when ready for p/u there was a sap or wax sticky substance all over the ba the 130km emissions warnanty. Tried to deny the warranty three times. Then when ready for p/u there was a sap or wax sticky substance all over the back of the car, and my car keys. Unable to remove and the small patch we got off had discoloured the paint. Rear right wheel and side looked to have been curbed as the back plastic was off and scratchs on car. Told they couldnt help as service team was gone and the best they could do was say to call tomorrow. More

DO NOT buy a used jeep from this dealership. I recently did, 8 months ago. I am now stuck with a defective jeep that leaks water in when it rains. I CAN'T afford to fix it. I am a senior. I was told that "this is a problem sometimes with jeeps" by the manager. I would NOT have bought this jeep if I had known it would leak!!!!! I spent a lot of money purchasing this jeep. Am disgusted with attitude of dealership not standing behind their sales accountibility and telling me I have to pay for this repair myself. I am telling everyone I know about my negative experience.
