When I questioned it, I was told it was like that when I brought it in. Sure is fishy that is only scratched where they worked. And I mean scratched and gouged. I wish Honda would have sent me the airbag. I could have done a better job. I will NEVER take my car there again More

Ordered Parts for pickup I placed an order for parts to be picked up on arrival two days later. Parts representative offered to call upon receiving. 3 days later I call to fol I placed an order for parts to be picked up on arrival two days later. Parts representative offered to call upon receiving. 3 days later I call to follow up, can't get a representative on the phone, will call me when finished customer. Call back 4 hours latter an no answer at all. Should I have to spend 15$ on a cab to go a see if my 20$ worth of parts have arrived? Poor service, I spent more time on this review than they would need to call me back. More

Excellent Dealership, Highly Recommend! Was looking to buy a newer Honda CRV, called and spoke to the dealer in Thunder Bay, they were assisting me on the purchase of a 2009 Honda CRV, when Was looking to buy a newer Honda CRV, called and spoke to the dealer in Thunder Bay, they were assisting me on the purchase of a 2009 Honda CRV, when they found one, they checked it out and advised us it looked like it may have some issues, so we told them we would pass on that car, they continued to look but as most Honda owners know, you love your Honda and usually keep them til they don't run any more! So, it was about 4 weeks into the search that my mom found me a 2010 Honda CRV down in Vaughn Ontario, we had it shipped to Thunder Bay and from day one we have loved the car. One day it started to make some noise, as I live outside of Thunder Bay I took the Honda to another garage who told me I needed to replace about $2500 worth of parts. I have only had this car one year, my mom suggested I bring it to Gore Motors Honda as she did not believe it needed that much work and the garage was not telling the truth, or didnt know what they were talking about. So, I called into Honda and told them what was happening and they told me to come straight down and they would look at it immediately. We drove down, and within 30 minutes I was told that they figured the clutch assembly was defective and that Honda had extended the warranty on that part. So with that said, I left my car and within a day I had it back, it was perfect again. No charge for the initial check and when the CRV was ready to go, I was so happy, it didn't cost me a thing. Thank you Gore Motors Honda, will highly recommend you to all my friends and family, except my mom, she loves her Jeep Grand Cherokee! :) More

Worst Service I've EVER Seen! I visited Gore Motors in Thunder Bay to take a look at the Honda Accord. The service was absolutely Horrid! I walked in and received no welcome from t I visited Gore Motors in Thunder Bay to take a look at the Honda Accord. The service was absolutely Horrid! I walked in and received no welcome from the man sitting at the counter. I looked at the car right next to him and he did not even shift his eyes from the newspaper he was reading. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I asked him if I could take a look at the red touring model on the lot I saw when i drove in. He handed me the keys and went back to his news paper. I'm sick and tired of the horrible service I receive at car dealers in Thunder bay. Do we have any good salespeople! I walked in with the intention of buying a $40 000 car, instead I bought it at the Winnipeg dealer. Great place, REAL customer service and they actually know how to give a good price. More
