Looked all summer for a trailer that met our specific requirements. Finally found one at GoRV Leduc. We worked with Riley Bentley who answered the many questions we had, even responded to our email que requirements. Finally found one at GoRV Leduc. He worked very hard to make us comfortable with the technical aspects of a trailer manufacturer with whom we weren't familiar. Helped us work through the negotiation phase. They picked up our trade in one day and delivered the new one the next day, free of charge. So far service has responded quickly to the inevitable new trailer quirks -- we'll see how they perform. Got a used trailer 2 weeks ago and we were happy with the service (the people were nice) but then we took it out for the first time. Furnace doesn't work, awning has tears in it and awning arms are bent, it service (the people were nice) but then we took it out for the first time. Furnace doesn't work, awning has tears in it and awning arms are bent, it was dirty and mouse poop in the cupboards, the carpets were filthy even though we were told it would be detailed and all appliances checked over. I feel like they just wanted to make the sale and purposefully did not disclose these small issues, but the furnace should have been in working order and we are definitely regretting purchasing from this place. The Yes plan should be red flagged as what they do is move you into an older model then tack on 100% yes plan intrest. I had thought years ago there where laws put into place to keep this from beling allowed. Ive seen too many people who cant get a RV or vehicle. Sign up for this an alternative cause desperate or others say no but do have the income to support it. The staff turn over in All departmente is excessive. All amiles upon sale but heaven forbidden issues arise. Dealing with multiple people cause people either let go or quit. The problems dont get solved or dragged out . Bsuiness like this should not be allowed. More
