Purchased a used infiniti Q50. Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- co Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- couldn't even check tire pressure during delivery which 2 tires were below 28 lbs. I was never informed of only one key fob for the car until I was picking up. Unfortunately the fob I have is glitchy and not even after a few days of ownership is the dealer even going to fix this problem. I told Divij that there are times I can't start the car. Nothing done. Looks like I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again. Service will never see my business after the poor inspection. Business office girl was not very polite since i never purchased anything extra. My biggest issue is with Salesman Divij and the dealership for not stepping up and getting me a new fob for my car so i can actually drive it. Salesman only concerned about his commission notthe customer satisfaction. More

I took my car to this dealership's service dept, to have them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. After paying over $500, they told me that it was gone upon replacing the belt tensioner. them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car.
