Esther was very professional and knowledgeable in presentation and it was just a matter of negotiation before we decided to purchase the car. She was very helpful in making things happen to our satisfaction. She was an excellent sales person to work with and we would recommend her to anyone. The only drawback was the dealership admin department slow pace of paperwork processing, about 5 hours of processing time. More
